Hollywood producer and Peabody Award Winner, David Winters (6 Emmy nominations) has secured the rights to shoot the exciting new motion picture screenplay. 'Johnny Psycho'.  There are substantial returns on offer with profits being split 50/50 between the producers and you the investor, once the initial investment has been recouped. How will this work?
Here is a snapshot of the structure of the movie and the expected returns on initial investment:

• Hollywood producer and Peabody Award Winner, David Winters (6 Emmy nominations) has secured the rights to shoot the exciting new motion picture screenplay. 'Johnny Psycho'.
• The movie will be shot on location in London with a budget of around GBP5 million pounds which lowers the risks to investors and enables the movie to reach profitability far quicker than high budget films.
• 'Johnny Psycho' will feature the rising star of BAFTA nominated actor and former WBC World Light Middleweight Boxing Champion Gary Stretch (World Trade Centre, Alexander, The Kingmaker, Shegar) and will include an 'A' name Hollywood superstar actor. (To be released).
• This secures a potentially major release in the all important United States market. 
• The producers are seeking a single investor or a group of enthusiastic investors to fund the production. These will be known as the 'Financiers'.
• This film will be distributed as a Theatrical Motion Picture in the entire world wide media market including Theatrical, DVD, Video, Television (both free and pay), Cable and Satellite, Internet, merchandising, music publishing, book publishing, video games, and any other form of income that can be derived from the sales of such product.
• The Financiers will recoup their entire investment in first position after distribution fees and expenses, from any and all income derived from the sales of the film and all of the ancillary and merchandising rights as well.
• Once they have recouped their entire investment, then the profits shall be split 50% to the Financiers and 50% to the Producers.
• Any percentages of profits that have to be given away to third party participants in the film, such as actors, director, writers, etc shall come from the producers 50% of the profits, the investors will always retain no less than their 50% of the profits.

The Producers are willing to meet in person any investor or group that expresses a serious interest in the opportunity.
